What is the difference between open-source and paid SaaS?
The self-hosted edition is complete and free forever, but you deploy and operate it. The Team edition is managed for you, upgrades automatically and adds momentum views, managed connectors and direct support.
How is the Team edition billed?
Choose monthly billing at ¥60 per user/month or annual billing at ¥560 per user/year. The open-source self-hosted edition has no software fee.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Team edition includes a 14-day free trial with a realistic intelligent follow-up demo and no payment method required.
Can I move between self-hosted and SaaS later?
Yes. Both editions use the same underlying customer data model, so migration works in either direction.
